正确选择慢压射速度

摘    要:卧室冷室压铸机压铸时,压室底部被浇入的金属熔体所覆盖,熔体上部分至压室顶部的空间被气体所占据.在慢压射时(即三级压射系统的第一级压射或四级压射系统的第二级压射),这些气体,在慢压射参数正确时,通过模具排出,否则会卷入金属熔体一同充填型腔,成为铸件内气孔的主要形成原因,由此弄清慢压射行程中冲头速度与金属熔体波的形貌,可正确选择慢压射速度.

Abstract:The bottom of shot sleeve is filled with melt by horizontal cold chamber die casting machine, when the beginning of the slow shot phase, volume on the melt to the top of sleeve is occupied by gas. As the slow shot phase, (first phase of three phase injection system, second phase of four phase injection system) these gases are escaped through die, the right slow shot parameters are necessary Otherwise the entrapped gases in melt are all fill into die cavity, that is the main reason of pores in casting. So to study the slow shot speed and form of melt wave as will as its relationship is the requirements of right selecting slow shot speed.
