摘    要:某垃圾电厂往复周期运动式锅炉振动筛,其基础属于动力设备基础.在试运行阶段,当一个电机频率升速时,支撑电机的混凝土立柱振动较大,至使设备无法继续升速而停止工作.华东电力设计院和青岛科而泰环境控制技术有限公司联合对该基础的振动进行了深入研究,通过理论计算探索基础振动的根源,提出解决振动的两个具体方案:1)加固原结构,使结构主自振频率避开机器工作频率;2)在结构立柱的顶面加2×2t调谐质量阻尼减振器(TMD),使振动能量耗散,从而减小振动位移.通过方案比选确定一个最优的方案,为电厂提供一个有效的解决方案,达到了预期的目的.可供类似工程借鉴和参考.

Abstract:The foundation of reciprocating boiler vibrating sieve in a garbage-fired power plant belongs to dynamical equipment foundation.When the machine runs to one frequency,the vibration of concrete column is so big that the machine cannot increase the frequency again and stop working.ECEPDI and Environment Control Technology Co.,Ltd.conducted a deep research on the vibration of the foundation through theoretical analysis to explore the root of foundation-vibration and proposed two plans to solve the problem with scientific schemes:1) Reinforcing the original structure to make its frequency avoid the machine running frequency.2) Adding two tune mass dampers(TMD)on the top of the concrete column to dissipate kinetic energy and reduce the displacement.By comparing these two schemes,we deem that the scheme 2 is the better one.We want to share this information for the reference of similar projects.
