乙烯锅炉吹灰器密封结构的改造

摘    要:从填料函结构、填料材质、填料的填装方式等方面分析了乙烯锅炉吹灰器密封失效的原因。认为单填料函结构和填料材质不合理以及吹灰器心管由自重产生的挠度是密封失效的主要原因。由此提出改进措施:(1)将原单填料函结构改为双填料函结构;(2)选用强度高、抗冲击性能好的碳纤维浸四氟盘根与密封性、润滑性和国弹性好的石墨盘根混填取代单一的石棉盘根;(3)还留填装填料并将切口错开一定的角度。几个月的试运行证明,改造后的密封结构合理,摩擦阻力小,密封效果好。

Abstract:An analysis of the causes of the failure of sealing in a certain dust-blowing device lowing device of the ethylene boiler is made from such respects as the construction of packing for, packing materials, way of packing, etc. The authors believe that the main failure causes lie in the construction of single packing box is not adaptable to the conditions that the sealing medium pressure is rather high and the mandrel of dust-blowing device has deflection. Thereby measures for improvement of the sealing construction are put forward: (1) the single packing-box should be substituted by double packing-box so as to strengthen the sealing resistance and the adaptability of the packing ha to the deflection of the mandrel; (2) the neoflonimpregnated carbide fiber, with high strength and better resistance to impact, and graphite packing, with good sealing tightness, lubricating property and resilience, should be used in combination for the packing instead of using the single asbestos packing so as to improve the effect of sealing; (3) packing circle by circle and staggering the cut by a certain angle. Application shows that the reformed seal has rational structure, small frictional resistance and good sealing effect.
