综采放顶煤工作面过无炭柱的实践

摘    要:山西兰花集团大阳煤矿是一座年产150万t的高产高效矿井,采区内无炭柱较多。随着矿井采煤机械化程度的提高,无炭柱对高效机械化生产的影响越来越大,通过加强顶板管理、改进采煤工艺、加强生产组织管理,完全可以实现含无炭柱综采放顶煤工作面的高效安全回采。以大阳煤矿3105综采放顶煤工作面为例,介绍了综放面平推过无炭柱条件下的丁贞板管理、开采工艺及生产组织管理等方面的成功经验。

Abstract:Dayang coal mine is a high output and high efficiency mine with 1.5 million tons output per year.In this mining area there are many non-coal pillars with more and more effects on fully-mechanized mining.The fully-mechanized mining face containing non-coal pillar can be mined effectively and securly by reinforcing roof control,improving mining technology and enhancing the producing organization.In this paper,the experience of roof control,mining technology and production organization and manage of directly passing non-coal pillar fully-mechanized mining face is introduced based on the example of 3105 fully-mechanized mining face of Dayang Coal mine.
