| 摘 要： | 从回顾总结国内外关于产业集群的理论出发，探讨了产业集群的内涵和优势。在此基础上，对南通制造业产业集群的现状、形成条件、发展思路进行了分析，通过实证研究对产业集群的优势进行了进一步论述。
