基于WDM驱动的体温计自动温度标定装置设计

目前许多体温计制造厂家在体温计生产流程中的温度标定仍采用传统的人工作业方式,这不仅限制了该产品的规模生产,也增添了职工的劳动强度。针对这一现状并结合厂家的实际生产需要,基于图像处理、WDM驱动程序、USB接口等相关技术对体温计温度标定进行了研究,并设计了一种体温计自动温度标定装置应用于实际生产。

Automatic Temperature Demarcation Equipment of Thermometer Based on WDM

At present,partial production engineering of thermometers were still taken traditional manual operation in many enterprises.It is not only restricting the production capacity but also increasing the intensity of the labor.According to this statement and meeting the actual requirement of the plants,an equipment of automatic temperature demarcation to thermometer is designed in this paper.Some relative computer technology such as image processing,WDM driver,USB interface are taken in the process of research.
