循环流化床锅炉的调试及运行

在南阳电厂 1号 1 2 0t/h循环流化床锅炉的调试及运行中 ,解决了国内循环流化床锅炉调试及运行中常遇见的锅炉燃烧的控制 ,包括底料准备及燃煤颗粒的控制、风帽的检查、床温的控制、投煤和断油的控制等 ;还解决了回料温度的控制、回料量的控制、回料料层的控制、回料的投入控制、排料管出现结焦、冷渣器本身存在的问题、热工参数的控制与调整等。通过上述问题的解决 ,使该循环流化床锅炉达到最佳运行状态。

Adjustment and Operation of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

The adjustment and trial operation of No.1 120 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in Nanyang Power Plant has solved the control of boiler combustion commonly encountered during adjustment and operation for domestic CFB boilers. The issues cover preparation of the bottom material and fired-coal particles, air cap check, bed temperature control, control of coal feeding and oil cutting. Also the problems have been solved, including the control of temperature and quantity for feedback material, control of the feedback material course, input control of the feedback material, coking occurring at the discharge pipe, existing problem for the scale cooler, control and regulation of thermal parameters, etc.. After solution of the previous problems the CFB boiler has been operated under the optimum operation conditions.
