摘    要:在不考虑流体作用的转子动力学有限元模型的基础之上,利用流固耦合分析导出的薄圆盘和圆柱体单独在流体中分别作平移和转角振动时受到的流体阻力公式,建立组成转子的圆盘和轴段在流体中的单元运动方程,把作用在转子上的流体力整合到系统整体运动方程中,得到了考虑流体作用的转子动力学有限元模型,即FRDFEM模型。然后用FORTRAN语言编制了考虑流固耦合的大型复杂转子系统动力学分析的有限元计算机程序———RSDA。最后用该计算机程序对某实际涡轮泵转子系统进行了动力学分析。图3表1参19

Abstract:Based on the finite element model of rotor dynamics,which ignores the effect of the fluid,a rotor dynamics finite element model,called FRDFEM,which considers the effect of the fluid is obtained by applying a fluid resistance formula derived by analyzing the interaction between fluid and structural elements for setting up dynamic equations of disk and cylinder elements immersed in fluids,of which the rotor system is composed,and integrating the fluid forces into the global dynamics equations of the rotor system.In a further step,a computer program for comprehensive dynamic analyses of the large and complicated rotor system,caled RSDA,is developed in FORTRAN.Finally,a turbo-pump is being analyzed for its dynamic behavior by using this program.Figs 3,table 1 and refs 19.
