特种保温冒口套的研究

摘    要:文章采用轻质硅酸钙为基料、硅溶胶和硼酸为粘结剂,碳纤维为增强材料组成复合材料,研究用于生产铝活塞铸件的保温冒口套.试验结果表明,冒口套具有强度高、保温性能好、能多次使用等特点、基本符合铝活塞铸件生产的需要.

Abstract:The composite material consists of light calcium sillicate as basic one,sillicasol and boric acid as adhesive and carbon firbre as reforcing one,which is studied to make heat insulation riser sleeve for the use of production of a casting of aluminium piston.Expermental results show that there is the characteristics of high strength,good heat insulation and repeated utility and then it is satisfactory for productcion of the casting.
