促进建筑节能推广新型墙体材料

北方地区传统的采暖方式既大量消耗能源，又污染环境。在建筑节能中，首先要考虑的是外墙外保温。外墙在建筑物中，整个暴露于大气中，热损耗是最大的，应积极采用外墙外保温、内保温及夹芯保温。在大力推广建筑节能的同时亦应加强新型墙体材料的开发和利用，从而真正实现建筑节能。
