| 摘 要： | 围绕济钢1#RH投产以来在工艺、设备、耐材、操作等方面出现的一些问题,从工艺路线、设备保障、质量控制、品种开发、产能提升等方面开展攻关实践,优化了生产工艺,提高了设备保障能力,1#RH产能得到大幅提升,最高单月产量达到89000t水平。同时,35×10-6以下超低碳深冲钢实现批量稳定生产,X70、X80管线钢夹杂物合格率达到98%水平。
