| 摘 要： | 通钢利用先进的铁水脱硫、180t顶底复吹转炉、RH真空处理等设备以及板坯连铸连轧机生产冷轧硅钢热轧原料,再利用单机架六辊可逆轧机一次冷轧成型,总压下率78%,最后经过连续退火炉处理,成功开发了50W800冷轧无取向电工钢板,并实现了批量化生产。结果表明：开发的50W800板平均磁性性能铁损P1.5/50≈5.08W/kg,磁感B50=1.73T;产品板形和表面质量良好。
