淮钢焦炉除尘系统改造实践

摘    要:淮钢焦化厂捣固焦炉二合一地面站除尘系统,存在布袋压差阻力过大,除尘器本体着火烧仓,炉顶烟气干管、导烟车过烧等问题。通过增加3个单体燃烧室、1套不锈钢混风室及将卧式燃烧室改成立式等改造导烟车,增大炉顶干管通风量,重力除尘器改为冷却灭火器等,解决了除尘系统故障,除尘效果较好,装煤过程排放颗粒物质量浓度35.9~71.3mg/m3,出焦过程排放颗粒物质量浓度24.0~61.2mg/m3。

Abstract:Many problems occurred in the two in one floor station dust collecting system fro the stamp-charging coke oven in Huaigang Coking Plant.For example,too large pressure drag of bags,bin burning caused by dust collector bodies on fire and overheating of oven roof pipes and smoke guiding trolleys.Therefore,they took some measures such as reconstructing smoke guiding trolley by erecting another three single combustion chambers and one set of stainless steel air mixing chamber and changing combustion chambers from horizontal to vertical positions,increasing ventilation in oven roof pipes and modifying gravity dust collectors into cooling distinguishers.Then the faults of dust collecting system were solved and the dust collecting effect was improved.The mass concentration of the emissions in coal charging course was between 35.9 and 71.3 mg/m3 and one in coke discharging course was between 24.0 and 61.2 mg/m3.
