摘    要:随着中国老年人的健康监护成为热点,髋关节保护开始受到关注,但目前关于髋关节保护服装开发研究还较少。为了确定开发过程中的关键问题,文章对有关髋关节保护研究的典型案例进行文献学习,分析了现有的髋关节保护产品、人体摔倒损伤机制研究、抗冲击力研究方法三方面成果。提出髋关节抗冲击保护服装设计的一般模式,遵循以用户为中心的设计理念,运用功能服装的一般设计方法,引入抗冲击性能测试方法进行防护性能测试,整个设计过程中以确保防护性能为核心,提高依从性、美观性。

Abstract:As the health care of the aging has become a hot issue,hip joint protection is starting to get attention.However,there is less research on the development of hip joint protection garment. Documentary study of several typical cases was performed in order to identify the key issues in the development process of hip joint protection garment. In this paper,the research results of the existing hip joint protection products,the fall injury mechanism of human body,and the impact resistance research methods were analyzed. A general design system for hip joint protection clothes was put forward,which adheres to user-oriented concept. The general design method of functional garment was applied,and anti-impact performance test method was introduced for the protective performance test. The entire design process is centered on protection performance,improving compliance and aesthetics.
