摘    要:为了探讨布面毛羽对涤棉机织物起球的影响,采用正交优化设计法研究纱支、捻度、捻比、织物覆盖系数、纱线烧毛及涤纶碱处理6个工艺参数对布面毛羽和毛球的影响,并利用图像处理法和马丁代尔法分别对布面毛羽和毛球进行测试与分析。结果表明:6个工艺参数对布面毛羽和毛球的影响具有统计学意义,且最优工艺参数为纱支24 S、捻度890 T/m、捻比0.0、织物覆盖系数91%、纱线烧毛、涤纶碱处理。涤棉机织物起球的先决条件为毛羽平均长度在3.7~9.0 mm,毛羽密度达到8.6~9.1根/cm^2,织物才开始起球。

Pilling tendency of polyester/cotton blended woven fabric basedon fabric hairiness length and hairiness density

Abstract:To study the effects of fabric hairiness on the pilling of polyester/cotton woven fabric,the orthogonal design optimization method was used to study effects of yarn count,yarn twist,twist ratio,fabric cover factor,yarn singeing and polyester alkali treatment on the hairiness and hair bulb of fabrics.The image processing method and Martindale method were adapted to test and analyze the hairiness and hair bulb on the fabric surface.The results showed that the effects of the six parameters on the hairiness and hair bulb of the fabric were statistically significant.The optimal parameters were yarn count 24 S,yarn twist 890 T/m,twist ratio 0.0,fabric cover factor 91%,yarns singed,and alkali treatment of polyester fibers.The prerequisite for pilling of polyester/cotton woven fabrics included average length of hairiness between 3.7 mm and 9.0 mm,and the hairiness density between 8.6 and 9.1 root/cm^2.
