醋青/纤维素纤维混纺面料的手感与服用性能

文章纺制了醋青/棉、醋青/黏胶混纺纱,设计开发了10种醋青纤维混纺织物,研究与分析了醋青纤维含量和纬密对织物的服用性能及手感风格的影响。对醋青/黏胶混纺织物的结果分析表明:随着醋青纤维含量的增加,织物的抗皱性差异不大,透湿性下降,透气性和毛细效应略有增强;醋青纤维含量对织物的硬挺度、丰满度影响不明显,随着醋青纤维含量的增加织物柔顺度呈上升的趋势。随着纬密的增加,织物的透气性与抗皱性下降,透湿性提高,织物硬挺度、平展度、丰满度呈增加趋势,柔顺度呈减少趋势。

Hand feeling and wearability of acetate acrylic/cellulose fiber blended fabrics

Acetate acrylic/cotton and acetate acrylic/viscose blended yarns were woven,and 10 kinds of acetate acrylic fiber blended fabrics were developed to study and analyze the effects of acetate acrylic fiber content and weft density on fabric wearability and hand feeling.The results of acetate acrylic/viscose blended fabrics showed that,with the increase in the content of acetate acrylic fiber,the wrinkle resistance of the fabric had little different.The moisture permeability decreased,and the air permeability and capillary effect slightly improved.The effect of acetate acrylic fiber content on the stiffness and fullness of acetate acrylic/viscose blended fabric was not obvious,and the softness of acetate acrylic/viscose blended fabric presented a rising trend with the increase in the content of acetate acrylic fiber.With the increase of weft density,the air permeability and wrinkle resistance of the acetate acrylic/viscose blended fabric decreased,while the moisture permeability increased.The stiffness,evenness and fullness of the fabric increased,and the softness decreased.
