摘    要:为了研究不同纱线原料与机织工艺对织物红外隐身性能的影响,以镀银锦纶长丝、ZnO涤纶长丝及普通涤纶为原料设计了21组不同规格的机织物。使用热成像仪获取织物的红外热成像图,并用FLIR Tools软件对织物热成像特性进行分析,根据人体皮肤铺放织物后所检测温度与外界环境的辐射温度差异评价分析织物的红外隐身效果。所得结论如下:当环境温度为22~24℃时,其他织造参数不变情况下,织物红外隐身性能随着织物中镀银锦纶长丝含量和织物紧度的增加而提高,随着织物孔径的增大而降低。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of different yarn materials and weaving processes on the infrared stealth performance of fabrics,21 sets of woven fabrics with different specifications were designed by using silver-plated nylon filament,ZnO polyester filament and ordinary polyester as raw materials.The thermal imager was used to obtain the infrared thermal image of the fabric,and FLIR Tools software was used to analyze the thermal imaging characteristics of the fabric.The infrared stealth effect of the fabric was evaluated by analyzing the difference between the detected temperature of the human skin and the radiation temperature of the external environment after laying the fabric.The conclusions are as follows:When the ambient temperature was 22~24℃and other weaving parameters remained unchanged,the infrared stealth performance of the fabric increased with the increase in the content of silver-plated nylon filaments and the tightness of the fabric,while it decreased as bore diameter of the fabric increased.
