电荷放大器校准装置

摘    要:电荷放大器广泛应用于非电量电测中。电荷放大器校准装置依据JJG 338-2013《电荷放大器》检定规程,运用虚拟仪器技术,可对电荷放大器的各个项目进行校准。利用改进后的正弦逼近法可有效解调相位和电压幅值。给出了常用电荷放大器的校准结果。该装置能满足工程领域、计量领域对电荷放大器校准的量值溯源需求。

Abstract:Charge amplifier is widely used in non-electrical measurement.According to JJG 338-2013 verification regulation of charge amplifier,charge amplifier calibration device can be calibrated for each project using the virtual instrument technology.The phase shift and voltage amplitude can be effectively demodulated by the improved Sine-approximation method.The calibration results of common charge amplifiers are given.The device can meet the demand of quantity traceability for charge amplifier calibration in engineering and metrology fields.
