摘    要:建立了高速切削温度场模型,利用有限元法对切削过程中刀具、工件和切屑的温度场进行动态仿真,形象地表示出刀具、工件和切屑的温度场变化和分布情况,得出最高温度随子步变化曲线和刀/屑接触面上前刀面的温度曲线及刀尖下垂直已加工表面的温度曲线,为研究切削过程提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:A temperature field modeling in high speed machining is presented. Discusses the dynamic distribution of temperature fields in tool, work piece and chip by finite element method, The curve of the highest temperature variation with step, temperature distribution curve at the rake face and temperature distribution curve in the machined surface under tooltip are also obtained. The study is useful to investigate cutting process because it provides some references.
