摘    要:利用热分析方法并选用刘家渠、温家梁、新庄3种煤灰,进行了煤灰熔融特性的实验研究。煤灰的熔融特性及不同煤灰熔融特性的差异能够通过热分析曲线得到较好的体现,而引起这种差异的根本原因在于煤灰矿物组成的差异。并对氧化气氛和惰性气氛及不同升温速率对煤灰热分析曲线的影响进行了比较。

Abstract:The test and study of the coal ash fusion characteristics was conducted with the thermal analysis and three coal ashes from Liujiaqu, Wenjialiang and Xinzhuang. The fusion characteristics and differential of the different coal ash fusion characteristics can be well explained with the thermal analysis curves. The fundamental cause of the differential was the differential of the coal ash mineral contents. Comparisons on coal ash thermal analysis curves influenced oxygen atmosphere, inert gas atmosphere and different temperature increasing were made in the paper.
