| Abstract: | This paper conducts in-depth analysis on the hot issue of talent-cultivating pattern from the three aspects of the guiding ideology,basic concept,and security mechanism for the reform in innovative talent-cultivating patterns in colleges and universities.It is pointed out that reform is the lifeline of the school development,the participation of students and teachers is the drive of the reform,and establishing security mechanism is the key to the success of the reform. |
