飞灰颗粒撞击顺列光管管束的磨损研究

摘    要:通过数值计算,研究了烟气在通过顺列光管管束时飞灰颗粒对管束的碰撞规律,选择的影响因素分别为管径、烟气速度、飞灰粒径、横向管距、纵向管距等。建立了飞灰颗粒通过率及撞击率的无因次关联式,并且与前人研究得到的经验公式相结合,得出了飞灰颗粒对顺列管束磨损量的计算式。研究结果可为循环流化床锅炉尾部顺列布置的卧式空气预热器、过热器、再热器和省煤器减轻磨损提供设计依据。

Abstract:Through numerical calculation, the impact regularity of fly ash particles onto smooth tube bundles with in-line arrangement has been studied. The affecting factors selected are tube diameter, velocity of flue gas, particle size of fly ash, transversal and longitudinal tube-pitch etc. respectively, the dimensionless correlation equation of fly ash particles' passing through rate and of the impacting rate being established. Combined with empirical formula obtained by the predecessors, a calculating equation for worn-out quantity of the smooth tube bundles with in-line arrangement resulting from fly ash partiches has been obtained. This result of study can provide design bases for horizontal tube bundles of the air preheater, superheater, reheater, and economizer with in-line arrangement in the tail section of CFB boilers.
