摘    要:研究比较了由不同工艺制备硫酸钾并于膨润土层间插层、结晶、缓释。结果表明,碳酸钾制硫酸钾最佳工艺为:温度80℃,搅拌速度为1.5 m/s,搅拌时间30 min,矿浆浓度为20 g/100 mL;硫酸铵制硫酸钾最佳工艺条件为:配料比1.1∶1(摩尔比)、搅拌速度2.0 m/s,搅拌时间80 min,矿浆浓度25 g,乙醇浓度40%。

Abstract:The method of making potassium sulfate was compared by potassium carbonate and by sulfate-ammonium.The best technology conditions were obtained as follows:stirring speed 1.5 m/s,stirring time 30 min,pulp concentration 20 g/100 mL and the temperature of water bath 80 ℃.The best conditions from(NH4)2SO4 were as follows:the molar ratio of(NH4)2SO4 ∶KCl 1.1 ∶1,stirring speed 2.0 m/s,stirring time 80 min,pulp concentration 25 g and the concentration of ethanol 40%.
