摘    要:锥形管无模拉拔时,由于变形区金属没有模具的约束,产品形状及尺寸精度完全取决于工艺参数,采用理论和实验相结合的方法,研究工艺参数对锥形管尺寸稳定性、母线直线度以及极限断面缩减率的影响,对优化无模拉拔工艺具有重要的意义。研究结果表明,锥形管无模拉拔变形时,升高感应加热温度、增大冷热源距离、减小进料速度,可以增大极限断面缩减率;而较低的感应加热温度、较短的冷热源距离,则有利于提高锥形管的母线直线度。对于管坯尺寸为6mm×1mm的304不锈钢锥形管无模拉拔加工,在感应加热温度900℃~1100℃、冷热源距离15mm~40mm、进料速度20mm/min~40mm/min的工艺参数范围内,单道次拉拔极限断面缩减率最大可达57%,尺寸误差可控制在5%以下,母线线性相关系数达0.976以上,是合理的工艺参数范围。

Abstract:In dieless drawing process,the product shape and the dimensional accuracy depend on process parameters completely.Adopting theory and experimental method,the effect of process parameters on dimensional stability,bus straightness and limit section reduction ratio were analyzed.The results show that the limit section reduction ratio can be increased by raising the induction heating temperature,extending the distance between the hot-cold sources and reducing the feed speed;the bus straightness can be improved ...
