摘    要:结合以往工作,针对目前焊接工艺设计专家系统存在的问题,重新进行了焊接工艺设计专家系统的设计。首先进行了广泛的知识获取,可以进行碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢、铝合金、钛合金及铜合金等各种材料的焊接工艺设计。其次、不仅可以进行单一焊接方法的工艺设计,而且可以进行组合焊接方法的工艺设计。同时,提供了方便的知识库维护方法,用户可以不断更新知识库,满足新的需要。

Abstract:Based on previous research, this paper has built a new type of expert system to generate welding procedures to problems existing in present expert systems. Firstly, knowledge acquisition has been completed widely which covers rules of generating welding procedures of different kinds of materials including carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum and its alloys, titanium and its alloys, and bronze and its alloys. Secondly, the new expert system can design welding procedures for not only single welding process but combined welding processes as well. At the same time, the system has provided a simple way to manage knowledge bases by which users can continuously update them to meet new requirements.
