| Abstract: | Based on project management theory and analyzing methods,we have established the project manage ment system for international supermarket chains with characteristics in China.Restrict factors in the construction for supermarket stores,scope of works for the projects and management structure are analyzed and compared in this article.This unique construction project management model contributes to the research in project management. |
