添加剂对钛酸铝-莫来石多孔隔热材料性能的影响

摘    要:以钛酸铝-莫来石(Aluminitim Titanate-Mullite,ATM)为主要原料,通过外加刚玉、镁铝尖晶石或铝矾土为添加剂,以聚苯乙烯泡沫球为成孔剂制备多孔隔热材料,所制备的多孔隔热材料孔洞分布均匀,平均孔径为3mm;研究了不同添加剂及其用量对隔热材料性能的影响.结果表明:3种添加剂都能有效地降低材料的导热系数和提高材料的抗压强度,导热系数最大可以减小21%,强度可提高60%.以刚玉、铝矾土为添加剂制备的多孔材料的重烧线收缩率增加,而以镁铝尖晶石为添加剂制备的多孔材料的重烧线收缩率减小.
