树脂法净化过氧化氢溶液的安全性能研究

摘    要:通过被H2O2溶液浸泡前后不同树脂的红外谱图对比,确定了具有抗氧化能力的大孔阴、阳离子交换树脂D072、D 296为净化过氧化氢用树脂。通过D 072、D 296离子交换树脂对H2O2的吸附及脱附行为,H2O2溶液与水溶液中的离子交换平衡的对比研究,从理论上找出了H2O2分解的原因是阴离子交换树脂稳定性稍差,对H2O2的吸附量较大,一旦树脂脱离H2O2溶液,H2O2的浓度骤然增高,与树脂的化学反应加剧,不良的传热条件造成热量的累积,温度迅速上升,形成快速连锁反应,使树脂中过氧化氢瞬时分解,导致树脂的活性基团甚至惰性骨架被破坏和生产过程的不安全性。H2O2一旦中断,应立即采取措施清洗树脂。

Abstract:The macroporous anion- and cation-exchange resins D 072 and D 296 with antioxidation ability were selected for purifying hydrogen peroxide as determined by comparing their IR spectra before and after immersion in hydrogen peroxide solution. By studying the adsorption and desorption behavior of D 072 and D 296 toward hydrogen peroxide and by comparison of ion-exchange equilibrium in hydrogen peroxide solution with that in aqueous solution, the reason of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is theoretically found as follows. The stability of anion-exchange resin is worse and the amount of adsorbed hydrogen peroxide is large. Once the feed of hydrogen peroxide solution is stopped, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the resin increases quickly and the chemical reaction with the resin speeds up. The bad condition of heat transmission causes accumulation of heat, and the temperature rises quickly, so that hydrogen peroxide in the resin decomposes instantly by quick chain reaction, destroying the active groups or even the inert skeleton of the resin, and causing insecurity of production process. Therefore, once hydrogen peroxide is divorced from the resin ,the resin should be cleaned instantly.
