Abstract:Through the research and analysis of wireless sensor network engineering environment, this paper explores a new substation monitoring system based on wireless technology. The system uses a variety of sensors, the amount of environmental graphics through the wireless data transmission base station were displayed in the computer system. Among them, the design of sensor should take into account the complex electromagnetic effect of the substation, hostile outdoor environment and electromagnetic compatibility and electrical corrosion of the high voltage electrical equipment and other practical problems; The design of the wireless data transmission base station should consider the possible signal attenuation in the transmission, the effective delivery of the base station power / signal and security of information transmission, prevent the problem of data reception; The design of background should facilitate the attendant and sub-administrator, the system alarm is timely, effective and reasonable.
