摘    要:建立了含控制项的电力系统紧急控制模型,基于系统实际受扰轨迹用EEAC方法对含控制项的多机系统降阶等值,并应用广义Hamilton理论能量控制方法进行等值受控电力系统稳定分析。初步探求受控系统稳定控制规律后,提出一种基于实时量测数据的闭环在线实时暂态稳定紧急控制决策方案,并构造了能有效反映控制安全经济性能的综合指标用于控制量合理分配。算例表明该算法可行、有效,最后指出了进一步的研究方向。

Abstract:This paper proposed a new scheme of power system emergency control based on actual system trajectory via real-time wide area measurement system. An emergency control model of power system is established and EEAC is used to decompose and simplify the whole large system into low order small system based on practical physical dynamics. Then a novel TEF is constructed from the equivalent simplified system using general Hamilton system theory to fast assess transient stability and quantitatively determine emergency control strategy. Also an integrated security and economic index is constructed to decide which generators to be shed. The technique is tested by test systems and the results indicate its feasibility and effectiveness.
