超声波法提取裙带菜多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:目的探讨超声波法提取裙带菜多糖的最佳工艺条件。方法选定料液比、提取温度、提取时间以及超声波频率4个因素,通过单因素考察和正交试验探索最佳工艺条件。结果确定裙带菜多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶30、提取温度40℃、提取时间10 min、超声波频率24 kHz。裙带菜多糖得率13.02%。结论超声波提取法较传统酸提法和碱提法得率高、损失小。
