摘    要:分析空调用冲压管路件失效机制,通过引用压力容器回转壳体无力矩理论及无力矩理论应用中用以计算椭球壳薄膜应力的方程式,对冲压管路件结构开展优化研究,将冲压管路件结构尺寸参数化、标准化,以提高冲压管路件承受脉冲压力的冲击能力,提高整机质量的可靠性。

Abstract:The failure mechanism of stamping pipeline parts used in air-conditioning equipment is analyzed.By applying the non-moment of force theory to the pressure vessel's revolving shell and using the calculation formula of ellipsoid shell's membrane stress,optimization study of stamping pipeline parts' structure is conducted.In order to enhance the ability of stamping pipeline parts against the pulse pressure impact and improve the reliability of the unit,the stamping pipeline parts' structure dimensions are standardized and parameterized.
