| Abstract: | Business success is one of the auxiliary criterion of the traditional inventive step judgment. This paper summarized the domestic and foreign typical cases related to business success, thus, hope to present the relationship between business success and patent protection in the past and present, and look forward to the future that business success may play a greater role. |
