并联单端声表面波谐振器的陷波滤波器设计

摘    要:通过采用并联SAW谐振器设计方法,利用SAW谐振器、压电晶体和IDT的等效电路,得出声表面波陷波器的频响曲线,解决了信号干扰的问题。此种方法突破了传统的把SAW谐振器作为串联元件的设计,并与之前的频响曲线进行比较,使得中心频率处的衰减达到30dB左右,能更好地进行选频。

Abstract:Using the parallel SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) resonators,the equivalent circuit of SAW resonators,piezoelectric crystal,and interdigital transducers are utilized to give the curve of the SAW notch filter and solve the problem of disturbance among signals.Compared with the former frequency response figure,the method change the previous method used SAW resonator as series element,make attenuation of the center frequency to 30dB,and is better to select frequency.
