摘    要:阐述了NHD脱碳工艺流程,介绍了系统运行中存在的问题,从脱硫气体温度、进塔气温度、出塔气温度、设备结构、分离器分离效果、汽提N2量、汽提塔的操作温度等方面,分析了NHD溶液水含量高的原因,提出了对脱碳气体换热器和氮气冷却器的具体改造措施。实践证明,改造后运行效果良好。

Abstract:The process flow of CO2 removal through NHD and the existing problems in the system were introduced in the paper.The impact of high water content on the performance of the CO2 removal system were analyzed in such aspects as desulfuration gas temperature,inlet gas temperature,outlet gas temperature,equipment structure,separation results of separators,stripped nitrogen volume,operation temperature of the strippers,etc.And this paper has suggested some revamping measures on the gas heat exchangers in the CO2 r...
