摘    要:微型平板热管是解决高热流密度电子器件散热的主要途径之一。凭借优越的导热性能和恒温特性,微型平板热管已成为热管技术的重要发展方向和研究热点。近年来国内外对于微型热管的研究日益深入,提出了多种新型微槽道结构。文中主要综述了微型平板热管的研究趋势,有关微槽结构改进、加工制作、管内传热传质行为的数值模拟和实验观测等方面的研究进展以及新型微热管的研制与应用情况。

Abstract:Flat micro-heat pipe ( FMHP) is one of the most effective approaches for cooling the electronic components under high heat fluxes. It has become the important hotspot and development orientation of modern heat pipe technology owing to high heat conductivity and good temperature uniformity. Recently, great deals of efforts have been conducted by worldwide researchers to investigate the flat micro-heat pipe, and several geometric structures of micro groove have been proposed. This paper mainly summarizes the research progresses of FMHP, including the improvement of configuration and machining, the numerical simulation of heat and mass transfer behaviors, the related experimental observation as well as the fabrication and application of new type FMHP.
