摘    要:电连接器在电子设备中得到大量使用,但高湿环境会使其绝缘可靠性降低,故障频发,进而影响电子设备的稳定性。文中以矩形连接器为例,通过测试电连接器在常态和高湿环境下的绝缘性能以及通电工作时的表现,研究了焊接工艺、清洗过程对连接器绝缘性能的影响以及焊点绝缘防护处理对矩形连接器绝缘性能可靠性的影响。

Abstract:The electrical connectors are widely used in the electronic equipment. But the humid conditions will make its insulation reliability fall and cause frequent connector malfunctions. As a result, the reliability of the electronic equipment is badly affected. The effect of jointing process and cleanout process on the insulation of the electrical connector are studied in this paper by testing the insulation in normal conditions and humid conditions and operation performance of the rectangular connector. In addition, different kinds of insulation-seal technics are also studied to validate their effect on insulation.
