| 摘 要： | 油库设备的全寿命周期管理包括:设备的前期管理:在油库筹建或改扩建时设备的规划及技术经济分析,购置、安装的技术监督;设备使用中的日常管理;人员培训、操作规程的订立和执行、设备的维护保养,后期管理为设备的淘汰报废管理。

| Abstract: | The complete-life-cycle management for facilities in oil depots includes: the early-stage management for facilities is , changing the facility programmes, making a technical and economic analysis, technical supervision for purchasing and installation when a depot prepares for construction or is rebuilt and expended; the routine management when facilities are in use is, training personnel, laying out and implementing operation rules, mantaining equipment; later stage management is the one of obsolete and scrapped equipment and facilities. |
