轻油卸槽机理及卸油工艺

目前轻质油品的接卸均采用上卸工艺,在夏季高温以及海拔较高、大气压较低的地区易产生汽蚀、气阻,使卸油作业无法进行。通过对气阻、汽蚀的形成机理来分析不同卸油工艺装置,找出优点和不足,供设计选用时参考。

Discussions on the Mechanism and Methodology of Light Oil Products' Unloading

Presently the common way to unload light oil products is upper unloading. But this method easily results in cavitation, air-resistance , and makes the unloading impossible during high temperature in summer and in some areas with high elevation and low air pressure. On the basis of the forming mechanism of cavitation and air-resistance, the writer analyses different oil unloading apparatuses, finds out their advantages and disadvantages, and therefore provides references in designing.
