摘    要:在实验室通过对催化剂的配比、选择化改性剂及催化剂制备过程的考察和评价,研制了制取对二甲苯的新型甲苯临氢择形催化剂。研究结果表明,该沸石型催化剂,运转条件缓和,具有良好的活性、选择性及稳定性,再生后可基本恢复原有的催化性能。在甲苯转化率为30%的情况下,对二甲苯的选择性为90%,产物中对二甲苯的质量收率大于12.0%,均优于国外同类催化剂。由于该催化剂在制备过程中选择了独特的载体和改性剂,达到了一至

Abstract:A novel shape selective catalyst of toluene disproportionation for p xylene was prepared in the laboratory. The catalyst formulation, modifier and the preparing procedure were investigated and evaluated. The prepared catalyst exhibited the advantages of mild operating condition, good activity, selectivity and stability, and satisfied regeneration performance as well. At a toluene conversion of 30%, the p xylene selectivity was 90%, and the p xylene content in the product was more than 12%. Once or twice modifications with selected unique carrier and modifier simplified the preparation process.
