| 摘 要： | 在已有研究的基础上，通过进一步分析试验模型的破坏过程、特征和滞回曲线，并加以合理化，提出了底部框架砖房框剪层和砖混层考虑开裂、屈服、软化和卸载刚度退化的三线型恢复力特性计算模型及其特征点的计算公式．文中以两个底部框架砖房１／６比例模型的时程分析结果与振动台试验结果的对比分析，验证了本文给出的计算模型和公式的准确性．

| Abstract: | By means of further analysing the failing process and the features of the failure and the hysteretic curve of specimens concerned, a three linear model of restoring force on frame shear wall stories and brick masonry stories of masonry building with frame structure at lower stories and some farmulas for calculating the characteristics value have been presented. The results of numerical analysis and shaking table test of two 1/6 scale models of masonry building with frame structure at lower stories are given in order to verify the suggestion in the paper. |
