| Abstract: | In this paper,the essential theory of resistance spot welding technology,the main factors of affecting resistance spot welding,the common electrode materials and the resistance spot welding equipment are introduced.Then,the technology of spot welding quality control and welding performance of the spot welding of new material in automobile industry are analyzed briefly.Furthermore,the new technology of spot welding,the application of resistance spot welding and spot welding robots in automobile industry are discussed. |
