固相萃取-液相色谱法在铝材轧制油油液监测中的应用

摘    要:采用固相萃取和反相液相色谱法研究了测定铝材轧制油中各种添加剂的方法。考察并确定了固相萃取和液相色谱的测定条件:以乙腈作为洗脱剂,加入量为5mL,洗脱液可直接用于色谱分析,在WATERS Symmetry C18色谱柱上,洗脱液中所含各种添加剂组分能够达到基线分离。在优化条件下,色谱峰面积与各种添加剂浓度呈良好的线性关系(线性相关系数大于0.9995)。

Abstract:The test method for determining all kinds of additives in aluminium rolling oil was studied by solid phase extraction and reverse - phase high performance liquid chromatography. The determining conditions were that, 5 mL acetonitrile was used as eluent solvent, and the eluent could be applied to chromatography analysis directly. All additives in eluent were separated by baseline on a WATERS Symmetry C18 column. Under the optimized conditions, there are good linear relationships between peak area and the concentration of all kinds of additives with the correlation coefficient of more than 0.9995.
