摘    要:为了解决油料装备维修约束因素多、维修决策效率低的问题,提出基于规则推理的油料装备维修智能多属性决策方法.使用ELECTREⅢ中的伪准则,评判维修方案间的超越关系,构建优势属性集.引入阈值和指标来评估属性值确定时的模糊性.在获得部分基本偏好序关系后,进行规则推理,自动地获取备选维修方案的复杂偏好序关系,并用有向图表示.用图论占优度算法对有向图进行偏好序分析,排序备选方案.案例研究表明,该方法摆脱了以往数值模型依赖于精确数值信息的束缚,可快速实现油料装备维修多属性决策.

Multi-attribute Decision Making in Oil Equipment Maintenance Based on Rule Reasoning

Abstract:To address more constrained factors and lower efficiency decision in oil equipment maintenance, a novel method of multi - attribute decision making based on rule reasoning is proposed. By means of the pseudo criterion of ELECTRE IU, the dominance attribute sets are constructed via estimating the outranking relationship between the schemes. The thresholds and indexes are used to evaluate the inaccuracies in determining the attribute's values. Af- ter partial basic preference ordering relation are got, the complex preference ordering relation of the schemes is ac- quired via rule reasoning automatically, and it is represented as a digraph. For ranking the alternative schemes, the preference relation in the digraph is analyzed using the out -ranking degree algorithm in Graph Theory. The case study shows that this method could achieve multi - attribute decision making in oil equipment maintenance effective- ly, because it gets rid of the constraints where the previous numerical model relies on precise numerical informa- tion.
