切割机升降机构设计及瞬态动力学有限元分析

摘    要:根据企业要求设计船用热交换器铜管切割机,采用PLC控制。研究采用创新设计,由转轮、推杆、铰链和固定锯片、电机等部件的转板组成了偏置曲柄滑块机构。分析切割机升降机构的传动链组成、运动特性及切削升降机构瞬态动力学,计算握切削升降机构在冲击载荷下的载荷响应,探讨结构设计的技术改进细节。

Abstract:Marine heat exchanger tube cutting machine is designed according to the particular object . The cuttinglifting mechanism will directly affect the machining title to tile rigidity of cantilever not impact vibration on machi-ning quality, and the cutting machine design and motion ellaractelistics analysis of transmission chain lifting mecha-nism, and further on the cutting lifting mechanism for transient dvnamie analysis. Load can grasp the cutting liftingmechanism of the response under impact loading, to provide rferenee for the improvement of the structure design.
