海上高含水大排量电潜泵井井下油水分离系统优化设计

摘    要:分析井下油水分离系统的结构和工作原理,总结选井原则及应用特点,对海上大排量电潜泵井井下油水分离系统进行优化设计。首先,根据目标产液量进行电潜泵机组的选型,使产液量在离心泵合理排量区间的最佳点;其次,使电潜泵机组和油水分离器等设备的最大外径小于套管内径,保留足够的作业空间;同时,使油水分离器出口压力和流量满足注入层压力、流量协调关系。优化后的设计具有双电泵双变频控制、压力监测系统实时监测、化学药剂注入、注入水取样等优势功能。

Abstract:The article analyzes the structure of downhole oil - water separation and the working principle of the sys-tem, generalizes the well selection principle and application characteristics of the technology. According to thecharacteristics of offshore oil well, the paper optimizes design of downhole oil - water separation system with ESP inhigh water cut well. First, it selects electric submersible pump unit according to the target liquid production, so asto get the best liquid production in the reasonable discharge region. Then, the biggest external diameters of the e-quipment are smaller than the internal diameters of the casing pipes so as to have enough room. At the same time,the pressure and flow of oil- water separation meet the relationship of balance. The optimized design has advanta-ges of double pump and souble frequency conversion control, pressure monitoring system, chemical agent injectionand the infected water sampling.
