管式裂解炉辐射室管外传热模型的研究进展

摘    要:阐述了管式裂解炉辐射室管外传热模型在管式工业裂解炉设计中的重要意义,对管式裂解炉管外传热模型的发展历程和现状进行了综述,对目前应用的管式裂解炉辐射室管外传热模型进行了详细的介绍(如区域法、蒙特卡洛法、热通量法和流体力学计算法),总结了各类模型的优缺点,对各类模型的计算精度进行了比较,指出多维模型与流体力学计算法相结合用于工业裂解炉的设计,是管式裂解炉辐射室管外传热模型的重要发展方向。

Abstract:Current progress in research of heat transfer models for cracking tubes in radiation section of furnace was reviewed.The significance of the models in designing commercial tube cracking furnace was expatiated on.Various heat transfer models were introduced,namely zones method,Monte-Carlo method,heat flux method and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method.The advantages and shortcomings of the models were summarized.The combination of multidimensional model with CFD technology is an important trend for research of heat transfer model used in designing radiation section of tube cracking furnace.
