摘    要:根霉属真菌由于气生菌丝特别发达,菌丝容易产生褐色或黑色色素等,用以前文献报道的方法不易提取DNA或提取的DNA容易降解。本文采用改进的氯化苄法,得到的DNA质量好、产量高,可以直接用于后续的基因操作,此方法具有快速、简便、经济的优点,而且需要样品量少,可用于小剂量样品DNA的提取。

Abstract:The mycelia of Rhizopus increases very rapidly. Aerial myeelium greyish brows ,and then colonies produces a diffusing yellow pigment in the medium. DNA isolation from the filamentous fungi is invalid by the classie methods or the loss of DNA can oecur during the isolation step. DNA from the filamentous fungi could be provided by the modified with benzyl chioride. And the quality of the extraction may satisfy the need of molecular analysis. The method is not only easy and rapid , but also effective to obtain DNA from small-scale DNA sample.
