大别山磁铁矿流态化预氧化加速还原机理研究

摘    要:在二步熔融还原中,为探索提高大别山区磁铁矿还原反应速度,研究了流态化预氧化处理问题。实验证明预氧化工艺能极大提高还原速度。当25%低氧化度的试样经1小时还原即可达到熔融还原对流态化预还原的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, fluidizing pre-oxidized is studied for accelerating reduction rate of Da Bie Shan magnetite in two-stage smelting reduction. It is determined in the experiments that pre-oxidizied can accelerate reducting rate. It needs 60 minutes to obtain 70% reduction degree for the magnetite with 25% low oxidation degree, which satisfies fluidizing pre-reduction requirement for smelting reduction.
