摘    要:通过深入研究语音技术和分时多线程技术,结合公共交换电话网络(PSTN)和音一音组合转换语音识别技术的应用原理,在VC++平台上构建了一个基于电话集成(CTI)的自助电费充值系统,实现了在电话语音交互基础上完成自助电费充值的应用。该系统设计已得到实现,应用结果证明此种电费充值方案高效可靠,能给电力用户带来极大方便。

Abstract:Based on voice prompting with Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) technique, a self-help electricity consumption charging system is presented, and the voice transacting and time-sharing Multithreading Technique on the platform of Microsoft Visual C++ is discussed in combination of the application principle of public switched telephone network and speech-to-speech transformation mode. Thus the self-help electricity consumption charging on the basis of voice and telephone in interactive mode is realized. The self-help electricity consumption charging system has been proved to be efficient and reliable, and extremely convenient to the users.
